The service
ProblemRadar is a market-intelligence tool. Scores, reports and explanations are analytical aids, not advice. Observed signals are labeled as such; AI inferences and estimates are labeled as such. You are responsible for validating any opportunity before investing time or money.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case.
Acceptable use
Do not resell the data, scrape the service, or use it to harass the people whose public posts appear as signals.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business decisions made using the product.
